Be sure to read through the list of common issues below before making a repair request.
If your toilet won't flush, use a plunger to attempt to dislodge any blockages in the pipes. Be careful to own flush one time to avoid any flooding. If the handle isn't working properly, lift the toilet lid to make sure the chain is properly attached.
If your sink becomes clogged, you can also use a plunger to create suction over the drain and attempt to push anything stuck out. Do not overuse corrosive chemicals in an attempt to flush the drains.
If your property loses power, first determine whether you're the only home impacted in your neighborhood. Temporary outages can occur for bad weather or during construction.
If your home is the only one without power, locate your circuit breaker and reset it if necessary. If problems persist, call your utility company for help.
No Hot Water?
If no hot water is available, locate your hot water heater and verify that the settings on the tank are correct. Most modern water heaters have a reset button you can use to cycle the system. You should also verify that the pilot light is still lit.
Air Conditioning or Heat Problems
Locate your thermostat and check the settings. Cycle the system if possible and verify that your home still has electrical power.
In a life-threatening or emergency situation, call 911 for immediate help.

My lights won't work: replace your lightbulbs and check the circuit breaker.
Beeping smoke detectors: replace your batteries.
Refrigerator issues: check the grill for blockages and verify that the setting knob is in the correct position.
